Right of withdrawal from "STUDIO BOTANIC“

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdraw period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In order to exert your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Studio Botanic GmbH, Richard Strauss Str.5, 50931 Köln, Germany, telephone number: +4922127781314, e-mail address: info@studiobotanic.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post). You can use the attached sample withdraw form. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdraw. In order to comply with the withdraw period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exert of the right of withdrwal before the end of the withdraw period.

Consequences of the revocation
If the returned goods are alright we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery charges, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we inspected the goods. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund
